Norman suggested in getting my truck a ceramic coating instead of the wax detail. I picked my truck and wow it was so shiny. He also polished my head lights that were faded due to the weather. I was very pleased i must say when i saw my truck. Here is the best part of all. I was picking up my sister that same day at the airport that was arriving from New Zealand. She got in the truck and during our conversation, she turns to me and says that she is not rich like some people that have a "New Truck" and i told her this is the same truck since the last time she visited that i drove. i just wanted to say the detail and care and attention that they gave surpassed my expectation. This establishment was recommended to me by a friend who had them detail his boat for the upcoming season. I brought my car in for them to look at. 2019 Mazda, black, had some swirls and some light scratches. The owner said, they would remove all scratches, swirls, and I wanted the ceramic coating added. I picked the car up at the end of day, outstanding detailing job. They also added ceramic coating to the rims and a special window glass procedure. All in all, best detailing I have seen yet. Owners Dianne and Norman and staff are all super friendly and accommodating. And they go the extra step to make sure you leave as a happy customer. I have already recommended Phase 11 to a few friends and one has taken his vehicle in already. We have a few more cars at home that I will be brining to Phase 11 as soon as I get the chance..

We took our new VW Tiguan here for ceramic coating. They did a fabulous job, it looks amazing! They were professional and knowledgeable when we were deciding on what package we wanted. The price was good but we ended up getting a special price as they had a promo on. The car looks spectacular and we cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you for the great job on our car!!! I brought my car in for a ceramic coating treatment. They did an awesome job, my car looks better then when I got it from the dealer. The best part is that they were also a pleasure to deal with. They were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them.
Took my 2014 Corvette in to get it ceramic coated. The staff did a thorough check of my paint and gave me a very fair price on paint correction. I chose the 5 year option, and when I picked up the car today I was suitably impressed. The paint was in good condition to start with but after the ceramic coating it just glistens. I would recommend these folks to everyone.
I had my 1967 Mustang polished and ceramic coated. Just amazing result. I had the car painted last year, and it looked good, but now it’s spectacular! The paint really pops! Very pleased!! Highly recommended!!

Outstanding work! This is the second time I have been back to Phase II Auto Detailing and their service is just as excellent as the first time. I brought my 2022 Tesla model Y for a paint protection film and ceramic coating in and out. Plus he gave me a free Glass Parency Coating Protection. Norman and staff are lovely, friendly. I took my new Volvo c40 to be ceramic coated. I'm very pleased with the results. They also applied a windshield coating and now when its raining on the freeway I don't even need my wipers as the rain just beads off. Everyone was really pleasant to deal with and it seems like a nice hard working family business. I will be bringing back my 2nd car for the same ceramic coating.
10/10! I could not believe my eyes when I got my car back today... I was in disbelief it was even mine. I brought them my 2008 BMW X3 which was in rough shape to my eyes BUT the team believed they could bring it back to life. WELL they certainly did that! The polishing and ceramic coating service they performed made my ride look like new! Literally...

We have had 2 cars detailed and they both turned out above and beyond our expectations! My black SUV has swirl marks from the previous owners, as well as the paint looked Navy blue it was so dull and murky. The team at Phase was able to bring back the sparkle in the paint, get rid of the swirl marks and now my black car finally looks black! They even detailed the inside without charging extra. Our Mercedes had some paint and body work done, as well as ceramic coating and an inside detail. The coating looks phenomenal, about a month later it still looks amazing and all the previous scratches are gone. We love supporting family businesses and so glad we read the reviews and booked 2 detailings here. Will be suggesting them to everyone we know, they truly went above and beyond what we expected and wanted!

I cannot thank you enough for the incredible service in my minivan. I felt like a completely new individual today as I drove my boys to school. We spend so much time in this vehicle, and it was overwhelmingly messy! I just didn’t have the time, with an 8, 5, and 7 months old to try and clean it, let alone the energy.
